In her executive leadership role, Santi guides the company’s strategic development and oversees its daily operations, helping the team turn travel plans into well-organised journeys. Her academic background in business administration and strategic management provides strong operational leadership to the agency’s rapidly expanding portfolio of Himalayan trekking, mountaineering, and cultural tours.
Her work focuses on service quality and traveller care as the company grows its trekking and tourism services in Nepal. From coordinating between ground guides, logistics dispatchers, and international partners to maintaining uncompromising standards of guest safety and satisfaction, Santi ensures that every client experiences Nepal with peace of mind.

Provides strategic direction and supports the establishment and growth of Igloo Himalaya Treks. Defines long-term organizational goals, partnership frameworks, and sustainable tourism initiatives across Nepal.
Oversees company operations, helping the team coordinate travel services and maintain a focus on traveller safety, comfort and satisfaction throughout all stages of preparation and field execution.
