"My connection with Igloo Himalaya Treks began on Nepal’s mountain trails alongside Surya Lama. Today, I am proud to share that genuine experience with travellers across Germany and Europe."
Tom Wangdel’s connection with Igloo Himalaya Treks began on Nepal’s mountain trails. He completed Everest Base Camp and Ghorepani Poon Hill treks with CEO Surya Lama, experiencing the company’s trips firsthand.
Having trekked side by side through high-altitude Sherpa villages, over rocky glacial moraines, and into rhododendron forests beneath Annapurna, Tom gained an authentic understanding of what makes Igloo Himalaya Treks stand out: uncompromising guest care, ethical porter welfare, and deep local knowledge.
Today, he represents Igloo Himalaya Treks in Germany, sharing his firsthand experience and introducing travellers to life-changing adventures across the Himalayas of Nepal.
