With over 12 years of professional guiding experience and an extraordinary milestone of more than 190 completed expeditions, Milan is one of the most reliable, experienced, and beloved trail leaders in the Himalayas.
Milan’s path to becoming a master guide began from the grassroots—starting his career as an expedition porter. Carrying expedition packs across steep Himalayan ascents taught him unmatched physical endurance, deep empathy for porters and staff, and thorough respect for high-altitude weather and terrain. That groundwork shaped Milan into a patient, attentive, and highly proactive guide.
Certified with an official Trekking Guide Licence from the Nepal Academy of Tourism and Hotel Management (NATHM), specialized Trekking Leader Training, and certified in High Altitude First Aid, Milan pairs deep technical knowledge with genuine warmth. His experience spans five premier trekking regions of Nepal: Everest (50+ trips), Manaslu (40+ trips), Annapurna (50+ trips), Langtang (40+ trips), and the rugged wilderness of Kanchenjunga (10+ trips).
